Product Coaching is a perfect way to improve your current Product and UX practice in your team and works much better than just doing trainings. With coaching I support you in finding the best way to improve, instead of just telling you what to do next. With this approach the effect is more long-lasting compared, because the solutions really fit to you and to your organization.

Team Coaching

A team coaching is a series of coaching sessions with material and excercise where the whole team participates.

You’d consider a team coaching session, if:

  • Your Product or UX Teams lacks an overall vision or strategy as guidance
  • Your Product or UX process isn’t working
  • Your team needs to improve their Product and UX skills (e.g. UX tests, prototyping)
  • Your Product or UX team setup doesn’t work (e.g. conflicting roles, not enough people…)

How the team coaching will work:

  1. An initial Checkin session where we discuss your current challenge(s) and get to know each other
  2. A team deepdive session where we explore in more detail your current challenge(s) and define together the next best actions to do
  3. Regular checkup sessions with the team (recommended is a duration of 3 months and then checkup sessions every 2-3 weeks) where we discuss your progress and obstacles on the way
  4. A checkout session at the end of our team coaching

Individual Coaching

An individual coaching is a series of coaching sessions in a 1:1 format where we can focus on your personal goals and development.

You’d consider an individual coaching session, if:

  • You’re unsure about your career development in Product and UX and how you want to move on
  • You’re unhappy in your current job or role and want a change
  • You lack certain skills and want to improve (e.g. UX Testing, Prototyping)
  • You want to optimise your portfolio/CV and need some feedback here

How the individual coaching will work:

  • An initial Checkin session where we discuss your current challenge(s) and get to know each other
  • A deepdive session where we explore in more detail your current challenge(s) and define together your goals
  • Regular checkup sessions in a 1:1 format (recommended is a duration of 3 months and then checkup sessions every 2-3 weeks) where we discuss your progress and obstacles on the way
